Rapid Dengue IgG/IgM &NS1 Combo Test Device  is a Colloidal Gold enhanced, rapid Immunochromatoraphic Assay for the qualitative detection of antibodies(IgG and IgM)  and Dengue virus NS1 in Human Whole Blood /Serum / Plasma. This test is a screening test and all positives must be confirmed using an alternate test such as Western Blot. The test is intended for Healthcare Professional use only

TEST PROCEDURE:

1) Place the test device on a clean and level surface.

2)  Hold the dropper vertically and transfer 1 drop of specimen (approximately 10μl) to the specimen well(S) of the test device, then add 2 drops of buffer (approximately 70μl) and start the timer.  

3)Wait for the colored line(s) to appear. Read results at 15 minutes. Do not interpret the result after 20 minutes.
